Uninstall IE From Windows Ultimate

Internet Explorer is a default Web browser that is included in Windows Vista Ultimate. The latest versions of Internet Explorer have an enhanced security and include a number of important features as automatic blocking of pop-ups and the phishing filter to check the website authenticity.

This article will help you to uninstall older version of internet explorer from Vista Ultimate to perform a clean installation of latest program version.

Instructions 
  1. Click on Start button in your Windows Vista Ultimate account. Then click "Control Panel" in the Start menu.
     
  2. Choose the option "Uninstall a Program" under "Programs" in the Control Panel.
     
  3. Click the task "View Installed Updates." In Windows Vista Ultimate Internet Explorer is listed under the Windows update list rather than among installed programs.
     
  4. Find "Internet Explorer" in the list of installed updates and click on the button "Uninstall" located on the top of the window.
     
  5. Select "Yes" to confirm removing the Internet Explorer program.
Click on "Restart Now," when prompted, to reboot the computer and finish the uninstalling process.
